Financial Management Trainer (Freelance)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Management Trainer to design and deliver specialized training programs that enhance participants’ financial acumen and decision-making capabilities. The role focuses on translating financial concepts into practical applications that support organizational performance.
Key Training Areas
- Financial Analysis and Financial Statement Interpretation
- Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning
- Financial Decision-Making and Cost Management
Key Responsibilities
- Program Design: Develop customized training materials, including financial models, case studies, and applied exercises.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging, interactive sessions (2–5 days) for individual contributors and mid-level managers.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Design and implement tools to measure participant understanding and application.
- Reporting: Provide post-training reports within 48 hours, including insights, feedback, and recommendations.
Candidate Profile
- Professional Experience: 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
- Training Experience: 10+ years in delivering financial training programs.
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent financial certifications.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven track record in delivering financial training programs in KSA.
- Experience working with government entities or large organizations.
