Financial Management Trainer (Freelance)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Management Trainer to design and deliver specialized training programs that enhance participants’ financial acumen and decision-making capabilities. The role focuses on translating financial concepts into practical applications that support organizational performance.

Key Training Areas

  • Financial Analysis and Financial Statement Interpretation
  • Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning
  • Financial Decision-Making and Cost Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Design: Develop customized training materials, including financial models, case studies, and applied exercises.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging, interactive sessions (2–5 days) for individual contributors and mid-level managers.
  • Assessment & Evaluation: Design and implement tools to measure participant understanding and application.
  • Reporting: Provide post-training reports within 48 hours, including insights, feedback, and recommendations.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Professional Experience: 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
  • Training Experience: 10+ years in delivering financial training programs.
  • Certifications: CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent financial certifications.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams).

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in delivering financial training programs in KSA.
  • Experience working with government entities or large organizations.
